REFUND POLICY
We offer full refunds on all physical products within 30 days of purchase date. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product contact support@Reviewly.ai and our team will work with you.
DELIVERY POLICY
We ship all purchases within 2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through USPS, UPS, DHL, and Fedex. A tracking number will be provided when available. Generally you can expect your items with 5-7 business days but there may be situations, resulting in longer delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 2 weeks, please contact us.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a full refund. Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back to the Reviewly.ai LLC Offices.
